Caffe Medici is looking for hospitality professionals to join our company!! Must be able to provide excellent customer service while multitasking in a high-volume workplace. Barista skills a plus.
Customer Service: Taking orders, managing customer flow and proactively meeting needs. We generate good will through this process and work with integrity at all times.Quality Control: Ensuring excellence by performing daily QC on brewed coffee, pour overs, iced tea, hot tea, flash brew and toddy. Preparing all these beverages according to standard procedure.Team Work: Assisting your coworkers by keeping the store stocked and clean, which frequently involves lifting boxes weighing up to 50lbs. Washing dishes also requires a fair amount of turning and bending.Retail Sales: Using your product knowledge to proactively meet customer needs when it comes to purchasing whole bean and grab and go items. Understanding that our business has bottom line requirements and we work together to meet those.
Barista skills a plus, but not required.
